Antenatal-specific exercise can help to prevent abdominal separation, whilst keeping you strong. A post pregnancy workout can help heal any abdominal separation, whilst rebuilding your strength.
Abdominal separation occurs in around one third of first-time pregnancies and as much as two thirds of the time for those who have had children before but this is perfectly normal and can be healed.
